Four Brants in Flight
A line of Brants fly along the shoreline.
No one around. Just a few Brants flying across the water.

A long line of brants flew by so close and so fast that the best I could do was to capture the lead birds as they flew through my camera frame.
Brants are similiar to Canadian geese but smaller. They fly in a straight line formation and constantly shift into bunches.

Hundreds, maybe a couple thousand Brants take-off simultaneously. They would disappear over the horizon and then circle back landing in groups in roughly the same spot. They would repeat this process every hour or two. Brants are similiar to Canadian Geese but smaller.
